recognizes any term of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable, it shall not
entail the invalidity of other terms of the Agreement.
4. This Website

forecasts of BIOCAD activities. The Company shall not be responsible for
updating these statements or for their compliance with future events or
developments.
The User confirms
that he/she has read and understood all the clauses of this Agreement and
accepts them unconditionally.
