This is an agreement (hereinafter, this Agreement) between the User and JSC BIOCAD (hereinafter, BIOCAD) on the procedure for using the Website available at the link https://ct.biocad.ru (hereinafter, the Website). In this Agreement, User means any Internet user viewing the BIOCAD Website. 1. General Terms

1.1. The use of Website materials and services shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Such changes shall come into force after three (3) days from the day when a new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she shall refuse access to the Website, stop using the Website materials and services.

1.5. Registration is not required to visit most sections of this Website and the User may use the Website without identification.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russian legislation or norms of international law, including those in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the proper operation of the Website and its services.

2.2. All information, files, graphic materials published on this Website shall be the exclusive property of BIOCAD.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment of agency relationships, partnerships, joint ventures, individual employment relations or any other relations between the User and BIOCAD that are not expressly provided for in the Agreement.

3.3. If the court recognizes any term of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable, it shall not entail the invalidity of other terms of the Agreement.

4. This Website may contain forward-looking statements based on current assumptions and forecasts of BIOCAD activities. The Company shall not be responsible for updating these statements or for their compliance with future events or developments.

The User confirms that he/she has read and understood all the clauses of this Agreement and accepts them unconditionally.
